Role Overview: As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Easy, you will be responsible for driving school outreach and sales in Telangana. Your role will involve engaging with school management, conducting product presentations and demos, building relationships with key decision-makers, and supporting regional marketing efforts. Your goal will be to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide regular updates and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach target schools in Telangana. - Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase the features of the Easy app. - Build and maintain relationships with principals and other decision-makers in schools. - Support marketing campaigns and events to increase brand awareness. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company. - Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the school/EdTech sector. - Strong communication skills in English and Telugu. - Goal-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to meet sales targets.
