Sales and Marketing Assistant

As a Business Development Executive at our company in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base both domestically and internationally within the chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. Your primary responsibilities will involve identifying and approaching potential clients, understanding their needs through in-person meetings, presenting our company's capabilities, and maintaining strong client relationships through regular follow-ups. For domestic business development, you will be required to drive marketing efforts, conduct client visits, and coordinate various activities to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. On the international front, you will be responsible for generating leads in global markets, engaging with overseas clients through multiple communication channels, and supporting international exhibitions and trade fairs to promote our services. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields. Prior experience in B2B marketing, client handling, or industrial sales will be advantageous. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential, along with a willingness to travel for client visits. Knowledge of contract manufacturing processes will be a plus, and being proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently are desirable traits.
