Job Description

As a fresher in the role of Meeting Scheduler, your primary role will be to support the Senior Sales Manager by efficiently scheduling meetings and conducting follow-ups with potential prospects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Scheduling meetings for the Senior Sales Manager by contacting potential prospects through cold calls and warm calls. - Confirming the availability of both the Senior Sales Manager and the prospect to finalize the meeting. - Conducting follow-ups with potential prospects to ensure meetings are confirmed and any queries are addressed. - Performing cold calling and warm calling to identify potential prospects. - Maintaining a professional and engaging tone to build rapport with prospects. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong sales and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in CRM and basic MS Office. - Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
