Sales and Marketing Assistant

As a candidate for this position, your responsibilities will include: - Communicating with our direct clients & B2B clients regarding order related matters, ensuring a high level of customer service. - Collaborating directly with the founder to assist with various administrative tasks. - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients for order placement and menu coordination. - Supervising retail inventory across multiple stores and conducting regular raw material checks to monitor daily supplies. - Demonstrating excellent communication and sales skills to effectively process and fulfill orders. - Managing a daily calendar to organize tasks, work orders, and coordination efforts. - Coordinating logistics for the delivery and receipt of supplies. - Compiling daily sales reports for the brand to track performance. - Utilizing basic computer skills to efficiently handle tasks. - Demonstrating strong time management skills to effectively prioritize office tasks. - Overseeing order management and production by liaising with the kitchen team and vendors. - Managing vendors and procurement processes effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the work location or be willing to relocate before starting work. A preferred educational background includes a Bachelor's degree, while at least 1 year of work experience is required. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, and the work will be conducted in person.
