As a Sales and Market Research Intern at XR Services in Chennai, you will be part of a leading provider of Extended Reality (XR) solutions, specializing in immersive technologies for industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and education. Our services encompass Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR) applications designed to enhance training, simulations, and customer experiences. We are currently looking for two motivated interns to support our sales and market research initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include: Market Research: - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers within the XR industry. - Analyze data related to sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, and education to understand the applications of XR. - Provide insights on new business opportunities, market demands, and customer needs. - Present research findings in clear and actionable reports. Sales Support: - Generate and qualify leads for XR services through various channels. - Assist the sales team by creating presentations, proposals, and case studies. - Track sales performance metrics and maintain the CRM database. - Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and introduce our XR solutions. Strategic Planning: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for targeting specific industries. - Assist in planning sales campaigns and enhancing customer engagement. - Stay updated on industry news to identify emerging market opportunities. Client Interaction: - Participate in client meetings to gain exposure to real-world sales and business development discussions. - Prepare customized sales pitches and follow-up communication. To be successful in this role, you should: - Be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Have a strong interest in technology, particularly VR, AR, and XR solutions. - Possess excellent research, analytical, and communication skills. - Be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is advantageous. - Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil is preferred. - Graduation from Tier 1 & Tier 2 Business Schools is a plus.
