Sales & Leasing Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and provide property consultations (both sales & leasing).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Conduct site visits and property showings.
• Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and new project launches.
• Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain records and update CRM regularly.

Requirements

• Experience:

  3–5 years in the Gurgaon real estate market (residential/commercial).
• Strong local network and market knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Must have own conveyance.
