Your responsibilities include building and maintaining a lead pipeline to meet supply targets, negotiating effectively to secure favorable terms for all converted leads, collaborating with teams to address retention and property performance for sales growth, managing lead documentation for seamless tracking, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction. Your success will be measured by key metrics such as the number of properties live, inbound conversion ratio, and process compliance.
