Position: Sales and Client Acquisition Executive – Façade Sales

We are seeking proactive and results-oriented professionals to lead sales efforts in the Jaipur region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the façade or construction ecosystem and a passion for driving strategic growth through client engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and secure façade contracts
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors
• Present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (design, estimation, and execution) to align on deliverables
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with accountability to senior management

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Graduate in any discipline
• Prior experience in the façade, architectural, or construction sector is preferred
• A technical qualification in engineering, architecture, or related fields will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of the Jaipur construction and real estate market is desirable
