Job Description

identifying growth opportunities, building and managing client and partner relationships, developing strategic plans, and executing them to drive revenue

  • Identify New Opportunities:

    Research and identify new markets, products, services, and potential partnerships to drive growth.
  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct market research and analyze market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Strategic Planning:

    Develop actionable business and sales strategies to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.
  • Lead Generation:

    Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods to fill the sales pipeline.
  • Client & Partner Management:

    Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Sales Execution:

    Present products/services, negotiate contracts, and close business deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align strategies and ensure client needs are met.
  • Reporting & Tracking:

    Track and analyze sales data, market performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to report on progress and identify areas for improvement.

    Strong ability to present ideas, build rapport, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking:

    Ability to see the bigger picture, think strategically, and analyze market data to identify opportunities.

    Proven ability to foster and develop strong, long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills:

    Expertise in negotiating favorable terms and closing deals to achieve business objectives.
  • Goal Orientation:

    A results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Technical Aptitude:

    Proficiency with sales and CRM tools (e.g., DASH) is often required, particularly in technology sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree:

    A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
