Position: Sales and Business Head (for USA & Europe) Location: Hybrid (Pune, India) Openings: Two (2) Experience Required: 6-8 years in SaaS-based service sales Important: Apply only if you are currently managing the US or European markets. For the EU region, proficiency in German or French is required. Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Business Head to lead our sales efforts in the USA and Europe. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling SaaS-based services and building successful sales teams. This hybrid role, based in Pune, focuses on driving business growth in the US/EU regions through managing the sales cycle and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a sales strategy for the US market to achieve growth targets. - Identify and engage potential clients for ServiceNow services across Advisory, Implementation, Development, and Staff Augmentation. - Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, targeting industries such as BFSI, Pharma, Healthcare, and Enterprises. - Establish strong client relationships by offering tailored ServiceNow solutions to address their business requirements. - Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction. - Keep abreast of market trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge. - Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. - Preference for candidates who can join within 30 days. Qualifications: - Graduate degree required - Proven experience in selling SaaS-based services, preferably with products like Salesforce, ServiceNow, BMC, SAP, Oracle.
