Key Responsibilities:

Job profile. Sales and Business Development- Civil contract turnkey division

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    Identifying potential customers and generating leads for civil contract projects.
  • Business meeting:

    Meet the prospective clients and customers for generating sales
  • Market research:

    Awareness and make sales strategies
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships:

    Developing and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Demonstrations and Presentations:

    Effectively showcasing products or services to potential customers.
  • Attending Industry Events:

    Participating in conferences, exhibitions, and other events for network to generate prospective leads.
  • Resolving Customer Issues:

    Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Candidate expectations:

  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills with plan and execute approach
  • Good networking knowledge with Architects, Interiors, and other civil consultants
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills with high maturity based on the customer /industry/competitor business strength and weakness
  • Upskill with the Industry, company, and market expectation
  • Good customer database and strategy plan for sales
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address internal and external customer challenges and find solutions pertaining and effecting the sales.
  • Target-Oriented Mindset: Should possess high energy level to achieve results
  • Teamwork and Collaboration with ability to work effectively with other team members.
  • Candidate with good sales and business development experience with clearly understand the company product and prepare strategy plan to execute for driving the company sales
  • Willingness and opportunity to build a career with the Management vision to grow with the company and aspire next level career growth
