About the job:


Primary Role:


Responsibilities:


  • Designing product strategies and ensuring its timely execution.
  • Coordination with the sales team to ensure product implementation.
  • New Product Identification & launch.
  • Responsible for timely catering to customer queries and guiding team members on troubleshooting and finding solutions for the customers' queries.
  • Regularly visited customer sites and participated in company events.
  • Imparting technical training to the sales team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Market Mapping, Sales Strategies based on customer requirements, and competitor analysis.
  • Coordination between customer and sales team


Experience: 2-5 yrs.


Who can apply:

  • Candidates should have knowledge of Pathology reagents, Histopathology,
  • Immunohistochemistry, and IHC reagents.
  • Should have a good customer service attitude.
  • A self-starter with minimum guidelines is needed for performing the task.
  • Problem-solving attitude, and willingness to take on multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and ability to express and set the right expectations of
  • customers.
  • Preferable from a Life science/Biotech company
