1. Business Development & Lead Generation
· Identify and cultivate new project opportunities (industrial, commercial, and warehousing and infrastructure sectors.
· Build Natural relationships with architects, consultants, EPC contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
· Achieve defined monthly/annual sales/marketing targets.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution
· Develop and implement strategies to boost brand visibility (PEB/steel solutions).
· Manage digital marketing, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
· Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, case studies) with design/engineering teams.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
· Lead presentations, technical discussions, and client meetings.
· Ensure smooth proposal submission (technical & commercial) with internal teams.
· Maintain strong post-sales relationships for repeat business and satisfaction.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
· Provide market insights to management for strategy refinement.
· Prepare accurate sales forecasts, plans, and performance reports.
5. Team Collaboration
· Work closely with Design, Estimation, and Project teams for client-specific solutions.
Mentor sales/marketing teams to focus on targets and customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.05 - ₹60,000.94 per month
