Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities across the East region for the full product range.
  • Identify lost business and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Maximize sales of the Air compressor product portfolio and enhance market coverage through indirect channels.
  • Manage the assigned territory efficiently and improve price realization.
  • Handle receivables for both direct and indirect customers.
  • Implement multibrand strategy as per organizational guidelines.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
  • Analyze regional business trends, customer spend patterns, and competitor movements to support business growth.
Candidate Requirements
  • BE/B.Tech (MBA is an added advantage).
  • 5–8 years total experience, with minimum 3+ years in the compressor industry (mandatory).
  • Strong sales, negotiation & customer handling skills.
  • Result-oriented, ambitious, and committed to achieving targets.
  • High sense of urgency and quality.
  • Flexible and willing to travel extensively across the East region.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
