Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advocate located in Surat. The Sales Advocate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales activities, providing product information, handling customer queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Additionally, the Sales Advocate will assist in training new team members and managing sales processes efficiently.

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with traditional Indian attire
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus
