Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advocate located in Surat. The Sales Advocate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales activities, providing product information, handling customer queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Additionally, the Sales Advocate will assist in training new team members and managing sales processes efficiently. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and mentoring team members Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with traditional Indian attire Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus
