The Sales Advocate will be responsible for driving sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and managing customer relationships. The role includes identifying potential customers, presenting products, closing sales, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets. Additional responsibilities may involve delivering training sessions to new sales team members and managing day-to-day sales operations to ensure goals are met. Qualifications Strong Communication skills and ability to engage effectively with clients Customer Service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management Demonstrated ability in Sales, including identifying leads, presenting products, and closing deals Experience in Training and onboarding new sales team members Sales Management experience to oversee sales activities and ensure team targets are met Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Relevant experience in the sales industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
