Job Description

Role & responsibilities Graduation is mandatory Freshers and Experience can apply. For Females its Day Shift Provide expert advice on insurance products such as health, life, term life insurance to clients. Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and recommend suitable policies. Develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Identify new business opportunities by networking within the community and referrals from satisfied customers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in insurance sales. Preferred candidate profile 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales or related field (health insurance, life insurance). Strong understanding of various types of insurance products including health, life, term life insurance. Excellent communication skills for effective voice processing over phone calls. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by management.
