Key Responsibilities: Welcome walk-in clients and assess their requirements Offer detailed product demonstrations and explain features, usage, and pricing Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for order tracking and fulfillment Maintain contact with potential customers through timely follow-ups Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and design trends Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, presentable, and aligned with brand standards Skills & Qualities: Excellent communication in Tamil and English Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to explain technical details in a simple and engaging manner Presentable, with a professional and confident demeanor Team player with a willingness to learn and grow Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Compensation Package: Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you comfortable commuting to Chromepet, New Colony, Chennai ?
