We are looking for an experienced Sales Adviser with a strong background in health, wellness, or skincare industry. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling face-to-face client interactions, building trust, and driving sales through personalized consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in clients and provide professional consultation on wellness & skincare treatments.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services or products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Maintain proper client records, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
• Stay updated with industry trends, wellness products, and treatment knowledge.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff for smooth client experience.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any field (Preferred: Wellness, Healthcare, Skin & Beauty).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in health, wellness, or skincare sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Experience in face-to-face client handling is mandatory.
• Target-driven, confident, and customer-oriented.
