As an Academic Sales Advisor at Eaton Business School, your role will involve guiding prospective learners through the academic enrollment journey. You will be responsible for understanding their educational needs and offering the right program solutions. Your primary focus will be on nurturing leads and converting them into successful enrollments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Engaging and consulting with prospective students to understand their academic and career goals. - Recommending suitable programs and guiding them through the enrollment process. - Following up on leads and maintaining accurate CRM records. - Achieving monthly/quarterly enrollment targets and KPIs. - Collaborating with marketing and academic teams for up-to-date program insights. - Building rapport, handling objections, and ensuring a smooth admissions experience. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess 2-4 years of experience in academic sales, student counseling, or B2C consultative sales (experience in online education preferred). Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential.
