Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Administration Coordinator located in Mumbai.

He/ she will be responsible for supporting the slaes function, ensuring smooth sales operations, and maintaining communication with factory and customers.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating sales activities, handling customer service issues, processing orders, maintaining sales records, prearing sales reports, and providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Strong Customer Service and English Communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in an on-site role in Lower Parel, Mumbai
• Bachelors degree from a reputed institue.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/ Business Administration or related field.
• Background in a manufacturing co is a must. Familiarity with the specialty chemicals industry is a plus
