Sales Admin Support


Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and update incoming leads and opportunities
  • Send professional follow-up emails and coordinate with prospects
  • Maintain accurate data and notes within the CRM system
  • Support sales reps with admin tasks and reporting
  • Assist in scheduling calls, demos, and follow-ups


Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Previous experience in a software or tech company preferred
  • Must be available to work UK business hours
  • Remote / Work from Home
