EXPORT Promotions and free sampling-

· Data Compilation for MIS.

· Checking, Verifying & Processing for payment of monthly field staff expense.

· Tracker for Marketing Inputs.

· Co-ordinate with various department for marketing monthly MIS data.

· Good knowledge of advance excel, Vlookup, Pivot table.

EXPORT Promotions and free sampling-

· To compile monthly promotional plan and free sampling plan as per the forecast received by BDMs.

· To follow-up with the export regarding confirmations and deviations, if any.

· Submitting the plan to the supply chain at the start of every month and ensure proper execution of the same.

· To follow-up for dispatch report of promotions and free samples monthly and to update the same to export.

· Maintaining data of the entire promotions and free samples and to ensure that nothing goes out of budget.

· To check the inventory of promotional inputs on regular basis and ensure that nothing goes out of stock.

· To raise indents of the promotional inputs and forward the same to purchase department for further processing.

· To follow-up for material delivery with purchase within the given time.

· To maintain data of promotional budget.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
