Job Description

Consult with clients to assess their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
Recommend suitable products and services aligned with the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explain product usage and benefits clearly.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Process product sales, manage returns, and maintain an accurate and balanced cash register.
Participate in planning and execution of in-store events and promotional activities.
Create and maintain attractive product displays while ensuring proper inventory management.
Handle administrative tasks such as ordering stock, updating records, and maintaining follow-up communications with customers.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
Passion for the beauty and personal care industry.
Experience in retail or sales roles preferred.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Strong interpersonal abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving capability.
