Job Role: Field Sales Officer

Years of experience: 1 year to 6 years.

The role would primarily include frontline retail sales activity. On boarding new DistributorsRetailers in an assigned territory will be the key responsibility of these resources.Will be responsible for expanding the distribution, building rapport with the channelpartners (relationship management) promote Product Range selling in the assignedterritory.

The KPIs Would Demand And Include

• Distribution (New Sales) growth on key products like Insurance, Assets, CASA,
  

MicroATM, Ecommerce and Value Added Services

• Shortlisting On boarding of New Retailers in identified districts retention of High
  

Value Retailers

• Pin code Coverage Responsible to ensure distribution in all pin codes of the assigned
  

territory

• Ensure that the Active Retailer Base grow as per the distribution plan
• Deepening: Ensure the product depth is increased at all retailer points
  

Key Attributes Skill Sets

• Disciplined, Enthusiastic Go-getter
• Good communication skills (verbal as well as written)
• 3 to 7 years of experience working in a similar role
  

Preferably from Telecom, FMCG Banking- Retail with an exceptional sales business
