1. Role OverviewThe Sales Personnel will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing the company’s products in a professional manner. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and contact potential customers to generate new leads. Present and promote company products to clients. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or tracking sheets. Conduct market research to understand competitor products and trends. Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order fulfillment. Handle customer issues and ensure smooth after-sales service. Attend meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required. 3. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred). Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp communication). Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
