Job Title: Sales Executive

Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of sales experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through calls, meetings, and online channels.
Generate new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts.
Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact with customers to build long-term relationships.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets within given timelines.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) for smooth order execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, inside sales, or tele-sales (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and close sales.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email).
Willingness to travel locally if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
