Impact On Business

As part of IDM integration team, person will be responsible for requirement gathering, design and development related to IDM platform, applications/target systems integrations, workflow provisioning flows, configurations, and enhancements. Work with teams to ensure smooth handovers between Ops support team and deployment teams for any development release, support patch, roll outs.

Interfaces with Customers, Suppliers & Third parties

Rresponsible for delivering development packages within defined schedule and development standards.

Leadership And Teamwork

Strong teamwork and coordination with onsite stakeholders, other development , deployments and support teams.

Innovation And Change

Continuous improvement of development process is expected.

Essential Skills

• Strong background in identity and access management (IAM) and expertise in developing and implementing solutions using SailPoint's IdentityIQ platform.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, BeanShell is typically essential for customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles, including user provisioning, access certification, access request, role-based access control, and governance.
• Experience in integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with various systems and applications, including LDAP, Active Directory, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.
• Proficiency in customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ, including developing custom connectors, creating custom workflows, Custom Plugins Forms and modifying user interfaces.
• Familiarity with access control methodologies, including role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC)
• Understanding of security and compliance standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
• Having relevant SailPoint certifications, such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect, can be a significant advantage.
