You will be joining the team as a Senior Software Engineer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ. Your role will involve designing, building, and configuring applications to meet complex business and application requirements, while driving identity governance solutions across the enterprise. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SailPoint IdentityIQ - Design, build, and configure applications aligned with business processes - Collaborate with and guide development teams to deliver high-quality solutions - Take ownership of technical and team-level decisions - Engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute to key architectural decisions - Solve complex problems across teams and provide scalable solutions - Facilitate knowledge-sharing and mentoring sessions - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals - Ensure application performance, quality, security, and efficiency **Professional & Technical Skills:** **Must-Have Skills:** - Strong proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ - Experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) - Strong understanding of: - Application integrations - Identity lifecycle management - Access provisioning & de-provisioning - Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards - Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills **Technical Expertise:** - Application integration techniques (APIs, connectors, workflows) - Debugging and resolving application-level issues efficiently - Experience working in complex enterprise environments This position is based in Chennai and will require collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders.
