Integration and Implementation:
Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications, including HR systems, directories, and other IAM tools.Support the implementation of SailPoint solutions from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
Maintenance and Support:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SailPoint IdentityIQ.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint functionalities.Perform regular updates and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to understand and address their IAM needs.Participate in IAM-related projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and guidance.
Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to SailPoint configurations, customizations, and workflows.Provide training and support to other team members and end-users as needed.
