Role & responsibilities

Design & Development

• Design, build, and customize workflows, rules, and policies within

  SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow

  .
• Develop

  custom connectors

  and integrations with enterprise applications, Active Directory/LDAP, databases, and cloud services.
• Write, optimize, and maintain

  Java, BeanShell scripts, REST/SOAP API integrations

  , and microservice-based workflows.
• Translate complex

  IAM requirements into scalable technical solutions

  .

Integration & Security

• Implement integrations with

  enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, HRMS, Cloud platforms)

  .
• Apply

  role-based access control (RBAC)

  , identity lifecycle management, and provisioning/de-provisioning logic.
• Ensure compliance with

  banking security and regulatory requirements (APRA, GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS)

  .

Maintenance & Enhancements

• Support ongoing

  enhancements and upgrades

  of SailPoint components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve development-related issues in a timely manner.
• Optimize system performance for scalability and efficiency.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Create and maintain

  technical documentation

  (design specs, workflows, configuration).
• Collaborate with

  security, infrastructure, and business teams

  to align IAM solutions with organizational goals.
• Provide

  knowledge transfer and mentoring

  to peers on SailPoint best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-10 years of hands-on SailPoint development experience

  (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow).
• Strong expertise in

  Java, BeanShell scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML

  .
• Proven ability to build and deploy

  custom connectors

  and integrations.
• Solid understanding of

  IGA concepts

  provisioning, certification, policy management, RBAC.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with

  enterprise directories (Active Directory, LDAP)

  and databases (SQL).
• Familiarity with

  SAML, OAuth, SCIM

  protocols.
• Exposure to

  banking/financial services environments

  or other

  highly regulated industries

  .

Good to Have

• SailPoint certifications (IdentityNow / IdentityIQ).
• Exposure to

  Azure AD, AWS IAM, or GCP IAM

  .
• Experience working in

  large-scale BFSI IAM programs

  .

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
