Safety Trainee -Shipyard

Job Title: Safety Trainee – Shipyard (Immediate)
Location: Kochi
Experience: 0–1 Year
Qualification: Diploma in Fire & Safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Safety Officer in implementing safety protocols across the shipyard.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and report hazards or violations.
• Support in fire and emergency drills, safety awareness programs, and toolbox talks.
• Maintain safety records, checklists, and incident reports.
• Ensure workers comply with PPE usage and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with teams during repair, construction, and maintenance activities to monitor safe practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Fire and Safety (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced shipyard environment.
