Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Supervisor to oversee and implement safety policies, environmental health standards, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance at our CST site. The ideal candidate will ensure all site activities adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of continuous safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety observations and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Implement and monitor EHS protocols as per company and statutory requirements.

Identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.

Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and inductions for site personnel and contractors.

Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce site safety rules and procedures.

Maintain and update safety documentation such as risk assessments, incident reports, and inspection logs.

Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; recommend preventive measures.

Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness of fire safety systems and first-aid facilities.

Liaise with site management and external agencies regarding safety audits and inspections.

Promote a safe working environment and foster a culture of safety awareness across the site.
