Post - Safety Supervisor

Experience - 2yr to 5yr

Salary - 22000 to 46000

Location - Hyderabad, Bangalore, Bellary, Maihar, Mumbai

Site - Constriction, Industrial, Manufacturing, Power Plant

Facility - Living + Traveling + Canteen

Key Responsibilities

Risk Management
:
- Conducting daily/weekly inspections, audits, and spot checks.
- Performing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and risk assessments.
- Identifying, documenting, and correcting unsafe conditions or acts.
Training & Education
:
- Providing safety orientations for new hires and ongoing training.
- Instructing workers on safe job procedures, equipment use, and emergency plans.
- Ensuring proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Policy & Procedure
:
- Developing, implementing, and enforcing safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensuring compliance with local, national, and company regulations.
- Setting up and maintaining safety signage.
Incident Response & Reporting
:
- Investigating accidents, near misses, and incidents to find root causes.
- Completing accident reports and recommending preventative measures.
- Ensuring prompt medical attention for injured workers.
Leadership & Culture
:
- Demonstrating safety leadership and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Leading safety meetings and toolbox talks.
- Acting as a resource for employees regarding safety concerns and suggestions.
- Staying updated on safety regulations and industry best practices.
