Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments on-site to identify potential hazards.
Develop and implement health and safety plans, policies, and procedures.
Provide safety training and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
Maintain and update safety records, incident logs, and documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements.
Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to ensure safe work practices are followed.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Liaise with external health and safety authorities and auditors when required.
Promote continuous improvement in health and safety culture across the organization.
