Job Description:-

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Safety Officer to lead and enforce safety protocols across our testing operations. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and best practices at job sites, including client premises where testing and inspections are carried out. The role involves conducting safety audits, training personnel, enforcing safety protocols, and responding to incidents to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments at various job sites (labs and field).
• Ensure compliance with all statutory safety regulations and internal safety protocols.
• Provide safety induction and training for technicians and engineers.
• Monitor site activities to identify unsafe conditions, acts, or practices and provide corrective measures.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and client safety representatives to ensure safety standards.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports with preventive action plans.
• Maintain safety documentation including permits, checklists, and records.
• To prepare job method statement and job safety analysis report.
• Ensure availability and proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Participate in emergency preparedness planning and drills.
• Regularly update the HSE manual as per industry standards and legal updates.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of site safety norms, legal compliance, and incident investigation.
• Good communication, training, and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel to sites and work in varied environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
