Safety Officer

Experience: 10+ years (High-Rise Building – Structure and Finishing Stage)
Qualification: Advanced Diploma in Fire & Safety

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards & PPE usage.
• Implement and monitor EHS guidelines.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings & mock drills.
• Investigate accidents, conduct risk assessments & audits.
• Maintain safety documentation and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors & project teams on safety matters.
• Ensure OHC readiness and fire emergency preparedness.

Requirements

• Advanced Diploma in Fire & Safety (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in high-rise building (structure stage) projects.
• Strong knowledge of Factories Act & safety regulations.
• Good communication & site coordination skills.
• Physically fit to conduct regular site rounds and inspections.
• Recognized certifications: NEBOSH IGC/IG1-IG2, IOSH MS, First Aid, Fire Warden, Scaffolding Inspector, Lifting Supervisor (as applicable).
• Experience on tall structures with tower cranes, passenger/material hoists, and large concrete operations.
• Exposure to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
