Responsibilities: Implement and monitor safety programs and policies in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols based on industry best practices Provide safety training to employees and contractors on an ongoing basis Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and procedures Stay informed about new or revised regulations and industry trends related to occupational health and safety Key Skills : Compliance Inspection Training Safety Officer
