Dear Candidate, We are looking for an Engineer / Officer - Safety for our client on a contract basis and depend on project requirements. Job Specification:- Job Title :- Engineer / Officer - Safety Location :- Pan India Qualification:- B.E / B.Tech Engineering + Diploma Industrial Safety Relevant Experience:- Min 5 years + Contract - 24 months (Extendable depend on project) Working Hours - 08 Hours (OT Applicable) Working Days - 6 days Key Responsibilities: Enforce compliance with company and client-specific HSE policies, standards, and procedures. Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, or practices. Lead risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for critical construction activities. Monitor high-risk operations such as hot work, confined space entry, working at heights, and lifting operations. Investigate incidents and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and implement corrective actions. Participate in safety toolbox talks, induction sessions, and daily safety briefings. Ensure correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and conduct spot checks. Support emergency preparedness efforts and coordinate emergency response drills. Liaise with subcontractors, project supervisors, and client HSE teams to ensure site-wide safety. Keep records of safety statistics and contribute to weekly/monthly safety performance reports. Stay current with relevant HSE legislation and industry best practices.
