Job Description

Safety Officer - Off Role

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety inspections at construction sites to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of construction safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
Provide training on safety procedures, emergency response planning, and first aid techniques to employees.
Collaborate with project managers to develop site-specific safety plans and ensure compliance with company policies.
Investigate incidents, report findings, and recommend improvements to prevent reoccurrence.

Desired Candidate Profile

2 to 5 years of experience in construction safety or related field (NEBOSH certification preferred).
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; NEBOSH certification an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of IOSH principles and practices; ability to apply them effectively on-the-job.
