Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments at worksites and facilities.
Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for staff and contractors.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training.
Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure emergency preparedness.
Advise management on safety issues and best practices.
Liaise with regulatory bodies as needed.
