Job Description

Role & responsibilities: 1. Safety Management: Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. 2. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks. 3. Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs for employees on safety procedures, protocols, and best practices. 4. Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents, including near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to safety. 6. Implant Operation Safety: Oversee the safety of implant operations, including ensuring proper equipment maintenance, employee training, and adherence to safety protocols. 7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance safety performance. Preferred candidate profile 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in safety management, preferably in the automotive industry. 3. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent. Skills: 1. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices. 2. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
