Required Safety Officer for Civil and Interiors Construction Firm for Pune Project No of Vacancies: 2 (For Pune Project) Candidate must have a valid Safety Certificate (Don't apply without safety certificate) We are looking for an experienced (5-7 years) Safety Manager/Officer for Building Construction works, who shall be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all workers, visitors, and the public at the construction site. Candidate should have very well experience with safety documentation & reports, daily toolbox talks among workers and staff, induction training, maintaining the permit to work registers and other safety programmes. Job Rolls & Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective safety programs and procedures for construction sites. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and guidelines. Provide safety training and guidance on safe work practices and emergency response procedures. Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement. Investigating and documenting safety incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives and implementing continuous improvement measures to enhance safety performance. Conducting job hazard analyses and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential safety risks. Communicating with clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that safety requirements are met. Maintaining safety records, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Participating in safety committees, meetings, and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability among all construction site personnel. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in any related field. Candidate must have a valid Safety Certificate (Don't apply without safety certificate) Proficient in safety procedures in commercial Offices, high rise apartments and residential houses. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate safety protocols to project teams. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared safety goals.
