Company: Orange & Green Interiors Pvt Ltd Job Title: Procurement Executive (For Civil Construction & Interiors Vendors/Contractors/Labour Sourcing only. For Material Purchase no need to apply) Job Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Industry: Civil Construction & Turnkey Interiors Salary: CTC of Rs.25,000/- to Rs.40,000/- per month QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Any bachelors degree (B. Tech in Civil Engineering is preferable). Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement of Civil Construction & Interiors Vendors/Contractors/Labour. Strong knowledge of construction finishing & turnkey interior vendor management. JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our procurement team. As a Procurement Executive at Orange & Green Interiors Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of Civil finishing & Interiors vendors / contractors / labours for civil finishing and turnkey interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within the construction and interiors industry, ensuring the timely delivery of quality material at competitive prices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: A) Procurement & Sourcing: Source and procurement of Vendors/Contractors/Labour for civil construction finishing, interiors, and related projects (e.g., Vendors/Contractors/Labour for flooring, painting, carpentry, partition, gypsum, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, networking etc.). Coordinate with vendors/contractors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and manage terms and conditions of contracts. Maintain strong relationships with vendors/contractors, ensuring the best deals and consistent sourcing. Ensure timely procurement to meet project schedules and deadlines. B) Inventory Management: Monitoring database of Civil Construction and Interiors Vendors/contractors Sourcing and place timely orders to prevent project delays. Track inventory, ensure proper documentation, and handle discrepancies in stock and deliveries. Maintain detailed records of all contracts, and payments for audit and reporting purposes. C) Vendor Management: Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, delivery time, and customer service. Manage Vendor/Contractor relationships and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or payment. Regularly review vendor performance and recommend improvements or alternative vendors as needed. D) Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor project budgets and ensure vendor/contractor activities align with cost constraints. Track price fluctuations, forecast vendor/contractor requirements, and suggest cost-effective alternatives to minimize project expenditure. Provide reports on procurement expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial and budgetary guidelines. E) Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all vendor processes comply with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate and organized procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts. Coordinate with the legal team for contract verification and agreement terms. F) Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand Vendor / Contractor requirements and specifications. Ensure smooth communication between departments for effective execution of procurement activities. Assist in project planning to identify procurement needs in advance. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
