Job Description for Interior Site Engineer for Interiors Construction Firm for Hyderabad Project (B.Tech Civil is must with 3-6 Years Experience) Company: Orange & Green Interiors Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad Job Title: Interiors Site Engineer for Residential Projects Work/Site Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Industry: Turnkey Interiors for Residential Project Salary: CTC of Rs.25.000/- to Rs.40,000/- per month No. of Vacancies: 3 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or Interiors. Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision of civil finishes, turnkey interiors (Only for Residential Projects) Strong understanding of interior design concepts, construction techniques, and project management. Experience working with multi storey residential projects. Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green construction standards. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Interiors Site Engineer to join our team. As an Interiors Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the interior construction and design implementation on-site. This includes managing teams, ensuring quality control, and maintaining schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and manage interior construction and fit-out projects from start to finish. Ensure that the project is executed according to design specifications, timelines, and budget. Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that the design vision is accurately implemented. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Monitor and report on the progress of the project, including timelines, milestones, and any potential delays. Oversee and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain records of activities, including work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered. Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly. Manage a team of skilled laborers, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
