Job Description

Driver Monitoring

Monitor real-time driver activity using telematics, GPS, dash cameras, and fleet safety systems.

Safety Compliance

Ensure drivers comply with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.
Review Hours of Service (HOS) logs for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Conduct periodic audits of driver safety records, license validity, and training status.

Incident & Violation Management

Respond to alerts and safety events triggered by monitoring systems.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and behavior alerts; prepare detailed reports.
Coordinate corrective actions such as coaching sessions, retraining, or disciplinary measures.

Communication & Coaching

Provide safety feedback and performance coaching to drivers.
Support the Safety Manager with safety meetings, training updates, and policy communication.
Partner with dispatch and operations teams to address recurring driver issues.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of safety events, driver coaching sessions, compliance audits, and incident reports.
Prepare weekly and monthly safety performance summaries for management.
Track safety KPIs such as violations, preventable accidents, and driver scorecards.
Identify unsafe driving behaviors such as speeding, harsh braking, fatigue, unauthorized stops, or idling.
Notify drivers and supervisors of safety violations and document all incidents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
