We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities for road and infrastructure projects. The candidate will ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Set out, level, and survey the site based on approved drawings and specifications. Supervise site works to ensure materials, workmanship, and construction comply with technical requirements. Organize daily activities and allocate resources efficiently (materials, labor, machinery). Implement approved construction plans and adapt strategies to resolve onsite issues. Monitor project progress, inspect work quality, and document any deviations or critical issues. Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy before execution. Conduct tests and inspections (material, structural, dimensional) as required. Provide technical advice and resolve technical problems in coordination with the project team. Ensure safety standards are strictly followed; enforce safety protocols and conduct risk assessments. Oversee compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines. Implement quality assurance procedures and maintain up-to-date site records. Prepare daily site logs, progress reports, material reconciliations, and resource usage reports. Liaise with project managers, architects, clients, and regulatory authorities for issue resolution and reporting. Maintain documentation required for audits, billing, and certifications. Prepare Running Account bills and take measurements at the site. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 2 to 10 years of experience in site engineering for building, roads, or infrastructure projects. Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, design, and methodologies. Proficiency with AutoCAD, site surveying equipment, and MS Excel/site documentation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
