Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety and Compliance Coordinator based in Ludhiana. The Safety and Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all transportation operations comply with relevant safety and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety audits and inspections, developing safety policies, training staff on safety procedures, and maintaining compliance records. The coordinator will also liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure continuous compliance and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Experience conducting safety audits and inspections
• Ability to develop and implement safety policies and procedures
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Strong communication and training abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
