Job Description

This role requires hands-on experience with:
Supporting and Implementing distributed applications in production
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP (preferred) , or AWS
Building and maintaining observability
Hands-on with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Google dashboard, Zabbix , or similar
Strong understanding of metrics, logs, and traces for application-level monitoring
Incident response and root cause analysis at the application level
Experience supporting distributed applications in production environments
Deep understanding of application performance, latency, and error handling
Automation of operational tasks and reliability improvements
Proficiency with Ansible for automating application deployments, configuration management, and operational tasks
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or similar languages
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Working closely with development teams to improve service performance and availability
